Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from the orders delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). This means you must contact us within 10 days from receipt. The items must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains, makeup, etc. to be eligible. Returns are available in the form of shop credit. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. We can provide you with a printable return label if you would like. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your credit. Return packages must be postmarked and in the mail within 5 days from receipt of the return/exchange form email from customer service. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange. If you contact us about a return or exchange outside of the 10 day time period or fail to ship the items back within the above time frame we will not be able to process the return or exchange. We ask that you use return credit codes within 90 days of the date they are issued. International orders outside the US may be subject to customs/duties or brokerage fees. We have no control over this and are not responsible for these costs
