Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from the orders’ delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). The items must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains, makeup, etc. to be eligible. Returns are available in the form of shop credit. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. Please email us at If you contact us about a return or exchange outside of the 10 day time period we will not be able to process the return or exchange. Shop credit codes for returns must be used within 30 days of the date they are issued. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on the following: clearance or sale items, weekly deals, any sale prices 20% off or more. In the case of a return/exchange after an item has already been exchanged, there will be a $5 service/restocking fee.

Final Sale

All clearance items are final sale. All items purchased during warehouse sales are final. And all items purchased at pop up shops are final. Any items purchased in a buy one get one free are final sale. Any item purchased at over 20% discount is final sale. If you purchase an item and it goes on sale shortly after, you will not be eligible for a refund for the difference.
