Please read item descriptions for sizing information. If a childrens item fits like a different size it will be listed that way. For example; 12-18 (fits like 18-24). Some items will have specific measurements in the listing and some will have a size chart in the photos in the listing. If you are unsure feel free to contact us.
Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from the orders delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). This means you must contact us within 10 days from receipt. The items must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains, makeup, etc. to be eligible. Returns are available in the form of shop credit. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. We can provide you with a printable return label if you would like. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your credit. Return packages must be postmarked and in the mail within 5 days from receipt of the return/exchange form email from customer service. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange. If you contact us about a return or exchange outside of the 10 day time period or fail to ship the items back within the above time frame we will not be able to process the return or exchange.
We ask that you use return credit codes within 90 days of the date they are issued. International orders outside the US may be subject to customs/duties or brokerage fees. We have no control over this and are not responsible for these costs.
These items are final sale
-Clearance items, all clearance items will be priced with a .99 at the end of the price. Anything with this pricing structure means it is final sale
-All items purchased during warehouse sales and all items purchased at pop up shops are final sale
-Any items purchased in any kind of buy one get one deal
-Any item purchased at over 20% discount
If you purchase an item and it goes on sale shortly after you will not be eligible for a refund for the difference.
If you receive an item that is damaged it needs to be claimed within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. If you do not contact us within the 10 day window you will not be eligible. If an item is damaged during wear you will not be eligible for a replacement as the item has been worn. Please follow wash care instructions. If an item is damaged in the wash claims must be made within 20 days of receipt. We feel this is plenty of time to have worn and washed the item once or more. If the item is damaged in the wash you will be eligible for either shop credit of 50% of the cost of the item or replacement depending on the circumstances. All wash damage claims outside of 20 days will not be honored.
Orders typically ship within 24 hours from when they are placed. But can take up to 72 hours to ship on rare occasion. We ship Monday through Friday. If you order on a weekend day your order will ship on Monday. Shipping is free within the United States (domestic orders) over $40. International order shipping rates will be weight based and will vary. International orders outside the US may be subject to customs/duties or brokerage fees. We have no control over this and are not responsible for these costs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified when your package ships via email, after it is received by the post office we are not responsible for it. If a package is lost a claim should be filed with the shipping company ASAP, no later than 5 days from when it says it was delivered. If your package is lost or stolen a refund will not be made.
When making a return or exchange we highly suggest that you retain your tracking information until after the return is complete.
